Director Ang Lee helms this adaptation Elliot Tiber's memoir about how he played a role in helping the historic 1969 Woodstock music festival take place on his neighbor's farm. It is 1969 and Elliot Tiber is an aspiring interior designer who runs his family's Catskills motel. But he soon finds himself at the center of a generation-defining experience when he volunteers the motel to be the home base for Woodstock concert organizers.
