Notice to Recruiters and Agencies
VUDU will only pay a fee for candidates submitted or presented where there is a signed recruiting agreement in place between VUDU and the recruiter or agency prior to the submittal and the candidate is submitted for a specific requisition. In the case of candidate(s) submitted or presented to VUDU by a recruiter or agency without a signed agreement, VUDU explicitly reserves the right to pursue and hire those candidate(s) without any financial obligation to the recruiter or agency.
